In wood production, we use raw lumber to produce products for the building joinery industry in butch production or made to order. The main platform of our batch production is the production of staircases, facing boards, floor boards and fences. Production to order includes the production of wooden houses, cottages and holiday resorts.
Staircases
Proposal and production of wooden staircases made to order in several construction models and butch production of wooden staircases FRAKO, NORMANDIE and VALBY. All staircases are produced from massive wood on CNC tooling center. This technology, which guaranties ccurate finishing of individual parts is suitably completed by workmanlike elaboration of details. Used materials: oak, spruce, beech, pine tree, ash. The surface adjustment is carried out by highly sturdy abrasion-resistant staircase varnish.
Assembled family houses
We offer low energy system of houses made of natural materials; the product is at once ecological and economic and presents great financial saving regarding to still raising heating costs. Outside walls with thermo facade are graded for heat leakage up to k=0,19 W/m2K. The sandwich panels create the support system and are directly made in workshop after the production documentation. The wooden panel system allows different realisations and sizes after special requests of client. The construction of our houses (including base plate) is fast and is usually counted in weeks.
Insulated and uninsulated cottages
Insulated cottages are suitable for all year-long use. The wooden panel system enables to produce different realizations and sizes after customer request. Uninsulated cottages are used for living in warm months only. The external walls are of spruce tongue and groove boards of thickness 28 mm. The saddle roof is covered by sarking felt, floor is made of wooden boards or OSB boards. Windows of standard realization have single glass. The construction solutions makes possible the further wool isolation of thickness 40 mm and inner facing of thickness 20 mm.
