Policy and Aims in Quality in 2006

Management of COMMODUM, ltd. declares for the year 2006 the following policy and goals in quality:

The quality and environment policy is based on the business strategy of the COMMODUM company ltd. We monitor and ensure expected customer needs and at the same time decrease the impacts on the environment caused by the company’s activity. The company’s management regularly evaluates established processes with the aim of continuous improvement of QMS and EMS.

 

The established system of quality according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and the system of the environmental management according to the ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 imposes on all of us:
  • follow the requirements of the current laws and environmental regulations and other
    requirements our company is liable to
  • perform all work according to the current technical-organizational, work related, control and technological procedures
  • call to quality management representative’s attention any faults and uncertainty in these procedures
  • ensure a contract level of quality of our products, steadily reaching compliance of our products with specified norms on a long-term basis
  • ensure subcontractors’ work control and thus eliminate the danger of using poor quality materials that would cause subsequent reduce in quality of the whole project
  • prevent the occurrence of poor quality in all company’s activities and thereby prevent occurrence and subsequent eliminating of poor quality
  • improve continuously our skills and knowledge of quality and possible effects of  work activities on the environment
  • constant consciousness that the aim of our activity is a satisfied customer
    continuously upgrade and innovate the system of data transfer leading to efficient use of company’s resources

These long-term goals result from our quality policy:
  • continuously increase quality of offered services in accordance with customers’ interests and with respect for the environment at the same time
  • keep the existing and attract other stable suppliers of high-quality materials, products and services
  • non-quality production will not exceed 0,3% of company’s annual turnover
  • keep deadlines agreed on in contracts
  • reach at least 50% of public contests and selection procedures by technical qualification, the length of guarantee period, service speed and other related facts
